Hope you like what you're reading. I know I love being able to bitch on my personal blog about the asswipes of the Sim world and knowing they are blocked from commenting.

I haven't updated this in awhile, buuut..

In Early's Static, UnMasked is (finally) up to Assignment 2, and I'm working on a Round Robin Genre-Acy that needs ONE MORE AUTHOR (c'mon guys...please?)

In real life news, I have *the* most amazing boyfriend. He is nothing short of awesome. I adore him.


How the hell are ya, guys?

Metrocon...

was amazing.

Genuinely nothing short of amazing. Granted, it started off a little rocky (I did sit in my chocolate shake, and you can image what that looked like), but it ended on such a wonderful note that the shake no longer matters. (Though, I do enjoy retelling the story for the humor value.)

MOST of the unbound people have gotten a direct recap of the events that happened, but this is becoming one of those things that I am telling over and over again (which I love this story, so it's cool) and I think some people (Felicia, Ash, Phebes) will be tired of it by the 7th time.

So, I'm going to spare the whole story here, since so many have heard it. If you knew what happened, then awesome.
If you don't know what happened, assume I was a badass ninja and made a decent amount of money.

But, seriously, my con rocked so hard I can't even put into words. At least, the end of the second day, and then Sunday rocked so hard I can't even put into words.

Now, I need to get back to regularly scheduled Simming. =)

When I was your age, I had chocolate milk.

Random non-simming topic is slightly random, but I am lurking the news in my area and I just overheard the reporter say they are considering removing flavored milk from our school system.

Flavored milk.

Now, I'm not trying to start a debate. Healthy eating is a great habit to have (though, not something I personally practice.), and it's great they are trying to teach kids how to eat properly.

But...flavored milk?

It'll be weird when I'm an old lady and I can say When I was your age, We had flavors in our milk.
Though, maybe, with the high fat content in milk, I'll be saying "When I was your age, I had milk."

This post is slightly pointless, I don't even drink milk anyway.
